I'm a bit of a blog addict. No, really, Shinigami Only Eat Apples is my fifth active blog. Why? Well... I like many things, and I like to talk about these many things. I already have a gaming blog, a book blog, a personal blog and a writing blog and honestly didn't want to write about anime on any of those because the interests have a tendency to clash so thus Shinigami Only Eat Apples was born! It is also my first foray into Blogspot as I have always used Wordpress in the past.
Basically I'm a community girl at heart and when I struggled to find a friendly forum that didn't leave me feeling at odds, I thought I'd just start a free blog to write on when the mood took me. Chances are the blog won't always be active but when it is I will love it.
As for my anime likes and dislikes, I'm not a fan of romance and fan-service anime so anything harem, ecchi, and so on is not my thing at all. Slice of life 9 times out of 10 bores me, sports are just snore and.. yeah. Meh. I like me some shounen, psychological cyberpunk, fantasy, comedy, sci-fi, action... I'll try anything once (within reason)! Oh and Ghibli. Love Ghibli. My Anime List might tell you a little more about my tastes than I can. And yes I prefer anime to manga, but I'm not against manga I just can't afford it.
